Damaged Items

If your wreath arrives damaged during shipping, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, they are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged. We recommend reviewing all details carefully before placing a custom order.
